    Model Building Tools

I would strongly suggest a new Forum for "Model Building Tools" as I have seen it work elsewhere. Everyone can upload different TOOLS like Propeller Design, Airfiols, How to Clean Plans, Build new ideas on Wing Jigs, Coverings, Decals, and many other Tools.

Make sure when you send a "Text" Document up that it is opened as a PDF and saved on the Board as a PDF. A .jpg file is an illustration file and you can not adjust or read the text on the .jpg file.

Thank you for your interest and participation in "Tools" Forum. I started going through tons of stuff I have to get uploaded. I already have one drawing on Airfoils but I have more. Plus old Hints and Tricks. I will start putting these files in the "Tools" area.

I have a lot of items to post under both printed material "Tools" and Shop Tools to post. I guess we just post them all here if there is no other place.

This is a Video of a P-51C, "Green House" Canopy with small bubble, and this video has some GREAT pictures of the Mustangs entire walk-around, startup, and flight. Get Reference pics of gauges and cockpit.

Thank for your comments. Yes, I live about 15 min. form the AMA headquarters. I was able to attend several events last year as a spectator. I plan to return to then National Electric Fly In (NEFI) as a participant this year. I have 1 plane finished and I am hoping to have to others ready. I primarly build with foam. I hope to start working with balsa in the future. Dayton is less than 2 hrs away. I don't go to the museum as much as I should. I would like to take my uncle one day.

I'll be rooting for you at the Elec Nationals, that's a huge jump. I'll look at the AMAs calendar. Put a pic or maybe even a project build on here so we can see what you are doing?

It's not a competive event. Just a national fly in. Electrics only. But the EDF powered jets were awesome last summer.
